We would like to inform you of new legal obligations under Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October.
From 2 December 2024, all bookings (new or existing) must be reported immediately to Spain’s Ministry of the Interior.
Therefore, once your booking has been confirmed, we kindly ask you to provide the following information as soon as possible:
• Full name, document number and type (ID card, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of permanent residence and address.
• Mobile phone number, email address, number of guests, and relationship (if any guest is under 14 years old).

Cancellation policy

• • Up to 21 days before check-in: refund of 85% of the amount paid, retaining 15% of the total booking value + VAT as an administration fee.

  • From 20 days before arrival: the full amount of the booking must be paid and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.

  • No-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
