• Late check-in (after 20:00): +€30.
• Check-in after 22:00: +€50.

Security deposit: €300, refunded after the apartment inspection at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus 10% management fees + VAT.
• From 59 days before check-in: No refund of the total rental amount.
• If you do not show up, the total rental amount will be charged.
