Once we receive this documentation, treated with total confidentiality, we will provide you with the instructions for the reservation and cancellation policy, which are based on:

50% of the rental price by bank transfer to formalize the reservation.

*50% of the total to be paid in cash on arrival plus cleaning and security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after checking that everything is correct when you leave the flat.

Holiday apartment Denia quiet area cancellation policy:

Up to 61 days before your check in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the confirmation of the reservation minus 10% handling fee + VAT.
Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid for the confirmation of the reservation minus a 10% handling fee + VAT.
From 45 days before your check in: 0% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
If you do not show up you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
