The flat is fully equipped and very new as it was built in 2019 and finished in 2023. It also has an underground parking space.

The location of the Cozy Zen flat is at km 5 of Las Marinas de Dénia, an area that has a supermarket (3 minutes walk from the flat), restaurants and beach bar on the beachfront.

It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Furthermore this flat is situated in a street that contains the green area Mar Jónica I and Mar Jónica II.

Conditions of Holiday Apartment in Dénia :

• Housing for a maximum of 2 people, if detected can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house, if detected it can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Departures must be made by 11:00 noon at the latest.
• The cleaning fee is 110€ (VAT INCLUDED) per stay, to be added to the final rental price and to be paid in cash at the entrance of the property together with the deposit.
• Security deposit of €300 via bank card or Bizum, which will be refunded upon departure after the apartment inspection.

Booking at the Cozy Zen Dénia Vacation Apartment

We inform you of the new legal obligations under Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26. As of December 2, 2024, all bookings (new or existing) must be reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior within 24 hours of confirmation. The same applies to cancellations.

For this reason, we kindly request that you provide us as soon as possible with the following information for the person making the booking and all travelers staying in the accommodation:

• Full name, ID type and number (DNI, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, habitual place of residence, and address.
• Mobile phone number, email address, number of travelers, and family relationship (if any are under 14 years old).

To make this process easier, we provide a link for you to complete the check-in as soon as possible so we can report it to the Ministry of the Interior. This does not affect your ability to cancel the reservation up to 60 days before your arrival.

We appreciate your cooperation in complying with current regulations.

Payment Method for the Cozy Zen Dénia Apartment:

• 50% of the rental price via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash upon arrival, along with the cleaning fee and deposit. The deposit will be refunded after verifying everything is in order upon departure from the apartment.

Cancellation policy for the holiday flat in Dénia Cozy Zen:

Up to 60 days before your check in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the booking confirmation minus 10% administration fee + VAT.
From 59 days before your check in: 0% refund of the amount paid for the booking.
If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
