The flat with 49 m² distributed in a very coquettish way has a nice bedroom with working area, built-in wardrobes, a living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and a cosy terrace with views to the swimming pool to enjoy your best moment in holidays.

The flat is fully equipped and very new as it was built in 2019 and finished in 2023. It also has an underground parking space.

The location of the Cozy Zen flat is at km 5 of Las Marinas de Dénia, an area that has a supermarket (3 minutes walk from the flat), restaurants and beach bar on the beachfront.

It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Furthermore this flat is situated in a street that contains the green area Mar Jónica I and Mar Jónica II.

Conditions of Holiday Apartment in Dénia :

• Housing for a maximum of 2 people, if detected can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house, if detected it can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Departures must be made by 11:00 noon at the latest.
• Check in: from 16:00 to 20:00
• Check out: from 9:00 to 11:00

Other expenses:

• Cleaning after the week: €100 (VAT included) to be added to the rental price.
• Deposit: €300, which will be refunded after verifying that everything is in order upon departure from the apartment.
• For rentals longer than one month, electricity and water consumption must be paid once we present the invoice. The deposit will not be refunded until these expenses have been paid.

Booking at Cozy Zen Apartment in Dénia:

We inform you of the new legal obligations according to Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26.
From December 2, 2024, all reservations (new or previous) must be immediately reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide the following information as soon as possible after your reservation is confirmed:

• Full name, document number and type (ID card, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence, and address.
• Mobile phone number, email, number of travelers, and family relationship (if any traveler is under 14 years old).

Reservation confirmation for Cozy Zen Apartment:

If you do not wish to make the reservation through our Avaibook platform, please inform us, and we will provide the necessary details to book via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy for the apartment in Las Brisas:

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation, minus a 10% management fee.
• From 59 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.
• If you do not show up, the full rental amount will be charged.
