The flat with 49 m² distributed in a very coquettish way has a nice bedroom with working area, built-in wardrobes, a living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and a cosy terrace with views to the swimming pool to enjoy your best moment in holidays.

The flat is fully equipped and very new as it was built in 2019 and finished in 2023. It also has an underground parking space.

The location of the Cozy Zen flat is at km 5 of Las Marinas de Dénia, an area that has a supermarket (3 minutes walk from the flat), restaurants and beach bar on the beachfront.

It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Furthermore this flat is situated in a street that contains the green area Mar Jónica I and Mar Jónica II.

Conditions of Holiday Apartment in Dénia :

• Minimum stay 7 nights.
• Housing for a maximum of 2 people, if detected can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house, if detected it can be penalized by losing the deposit.
• Departures must be made by 11:00 noon at the latest.
• A deposit of 50% will be paid to reserve by bank transfer.
• The remaining 50% of the rent will be paid when the keys are handed over, together with the deposit and the cleaning fee.
• The cleaning fee is 65€ (VAT INCLUDED) per stay, to be added to the final rental price and to be paid in cash at the entrance of the property together with the deposit.
• Deposit 300€.
• Check in: from 13:00 a 14:00 16:30 to 20:00
• Check out: from 10:00 to 12:00

How to book in the holiday flat in Dénia, flat Cozy Zen Dénia:

In order to make a reservation, a photo of the front and back of the ID cards of all adult occupants of the flat is required, and the ages of the children, if any, must be stated. 50% of the rental price by bank transfer to formalize the reservation.

*50% of the total amount will be paid in cash on arrival plus cleaning and deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after checking that everything is correct when you leave the flat.

Cancellation policy for the holiday flat in Dénia Cozy Zen:

Up to 61 days before your check in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the booking confirmation minus 10% administration fee + VAT.
Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid for the confirmation of the booking minus a 10% administration fee + VAT.
From 45 days before your check in: 0% refund of the amount paid for the booking.
If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
