• Up to 61 days before your check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation minus 10% management fees.
• Between 60 days and 46 days before your check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation minus 10% management fees.
• From 45 days before your check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.
• If you fail to show up, you will be charged the full rental amount.
