*If it is detected that there have been pets, parties or smoking in the apartment, it will result in the loss of the deposit.

• €30 Check-in after 20:00 hours
• €50 Check-in after 22:00 hours
• €30 Check-out before 9:00 a.m.
• €50 Check-out before 8:00 a.m.

Other expenses:

• Cleaning after the week: €100 (VAT included) to be added to the rental price.
• Deposit: €300, which will be refunded after verifying that everything is in order upon departure from the apartment.
• For rentals longer than one month, electricity and water consumption must be paid once we present the invoice. The deposit will not be refunded until these expenses have been paid.

Felymar Apartment in Las Brisas Dénia - Important for your reservation:
We inform you of the new legal obligations according to Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. From December 2, 2024, all reservations (new or previous) must be immediately reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide the following information as soon as possible after your reservation is confirmed:

• Full name, document number and type (ID card, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence, and address.
• Mobile phone number, email, number of travelers, and family relationship (if any traveler is under 14 years old).

We appreciate your cooperation in complying with current regulations.

Reservation confirmation for the apartment in Las Brisas:
If you do not wish to make the reservation through our Avaibook platform, please inform us, and we will provide the necessary details to book via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy for the apartment in Las Brisas:

Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation, minus a 10% management fee.

From 59 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.

If you do not show up, the full rental amount will be charged.
