Important for your reservation:

We would like to inform you about the new legal obligations under Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. Starting December 2, 2024, all reservations (new or existing) must be immediately reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

Therefore, we kindly request that, as soon as your reservation is confirmed, you provide the following information as soon as possible:

• Full name, document number and type (ID card, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence, and address.
• Mobile phone, email address, number of travelers, and relationship (if any traveler is under 14 years old).

Cancellation policy for the apartment in Dénia:

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid to confirm the reservation minus 10% management fee + VAT.
• From 59 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total rental and reservation amount.
• If you do not show up, you will be charged the full rental price.
