• Non-smoking apartment
• Parties are prohibited for the well-being of neighbors

If pets are detected or if smoking has occurred in the apartment, it will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Additional costs to the rental price of the Coastal Chic apartment:

• Cleaning after the week: €90 to be added to the rental price.
• Security deposit: €300 in cash, which will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.
• Water and electricity bills must be paid for stays longer than one month.

Important for your reservation:

We inform you about the new legal obligations under Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26. From December 2, 2024, all reservations (new or existing) must be immediately reported to the Ministry of the Interior of Spain.
Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information as soon as possible:
• Full name, number, and type of document (ID, passport, TIE).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence, and address.
• Mobile phone number, email address, number of travelers, and relationship (if any are under 14 years old).

We appreciate your cooperation in complying with current regulations.

Once we have received this documentation, which will be treated with complete confidentiality, we will provide you with the booking instructions and cancellation policy, which are as follows:

30% of the rental price by bank transfer to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 70% of the total will be paid in cash upon arrival, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit. The deposit will be refunded after verifying that everything is in order at the time of departure.

Cancellation policy for the two-person vacation apartment in Dénia:

Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation minus 10% management fee
From 59 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.
If you fail to show up, the full rental amount will be charged.
