If you arrive later than scheduled, this amount will not be refunded, as it is used to prepare the accommodation in advance for you. Two-person vacation apartment in Dénia, reservation confirmation

To make the reservation, a photo of the front and back of the ID cards of all adult occupants in the household is required, and the ages of the children should be provided if applicable. Once this documentation, treated with total confidentiality, is received, we will provide you with the reservation instructions and cancellation policy, which are based on:
50% of the rental price via bank transfer to formalize the reservation.
The remaining 50% will be paid in cash upon arrival plus the cleaning fee and security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after confirming that everything is in order upon departure from the apartment.

Cancellation policy for the two-person vacation apartment in Dénia:

Up to 61 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation minus 10% management fee.
Between 60 days and 46 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation minus 10% management fee.
From 45 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.
If you fail to show up, the full rental amount will be charged.
