Additional Costs to Add to the Rental Price of the Coastal Chic Apartment:

• Cleaning after the week: €90 to be added to the rental price.
• Deposit: €300 in cash, which will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.
• Utility bills: Water and electricity must be paid separately for stays longer than one month.

Important for Your Reservation:
We inform you of the new legal obligations according to Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26. Starting December 2, 2024, all reservations (new or previous) must be immediately reported to the Ministry of the Interior of Spain.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide the following information as soon as your reservation is confirmed:

• Full name, document number, and type (ID card, passport, or residence permit).
• Nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence, and address.
• Mobile phone number, email, number of travelers, and relationship (if any traveler is under 14 years old).

We appreciate your cooperation in complying with current regulations.

Reservation Confirmation:
If you do not wish to make your reservation through our Avaibook platform, please let us know, and we will provide you with the details to complete the reservation via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy for the Holiday Apartment for Two in Dénia:

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation confirmation, minus a 10% management fee.
• From 59 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation amount.
• No-show: The full rental amount will be charged.
