Payment and reservation method:

50% of the rental price by bank transfer to formalize the reservation.

50% of the total to be paid in cash on arrival plus cleaning and security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after checking that everything is correct when you leave the flat.

Up to 60 days before your check in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the booking confirmation minus 10% administration fee + VAT.
From 59 days before your check in: 0% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
If you do not show up you will be charged the full amount of the rental.

If it is detected that more guests than those registered are staying overnight, it will be cause for loss of deposit and termination of the stay without the return of the money.
