The house for holiday accomodation on the Montgo Denia has 4 bedrooms (3 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), 3 complete bathrooms, a complete independent kitchen, a living room, an interior dining room and an exterior glazed dining room with views of the mountains and pool. Several terraces to enjoy the climate of the city, swimming pool and garden areas.

Attention, rental to groups of friends under 30 years of age is not allowed. DNI's will be requested before making the reservation. If there is any kind of cheating, the reservation will be cancelled. The villa is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and we want to safeguard the tranquility of the neighbors. The property also has two surveillance cameras on the outside of the property.

One of the bedrooms with a double bed and its bathroom has a separate entrance to the house.

The environment is very quiet and pleasant with views of the sea and mountains.
The main terrace of the house for holiday accomodation on the Montgó Dénia has a South-East orientation, so it is mostly sunny for much of the day, from 7:00 p.m. you can enjoy the shade.

The house has covered parking for two cars.

The location of the house is great because it is 1.7 km from supermarkets, beaches of Dénia and 2 km from the center of Dénia.

•  Minimum stay 7 nights.
•  Housing for a maximum of 8 people, if it is detected it can be penalized by losing the deposit.
•  Pets ARE ALLOWED inside the house,with prior notice and once approved by the homeowner,  if detected without notice, it can be penalized by losing the deposit.
•  Check-ins and check-outs will always take place on Fridays or Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if the delay is not made between those hours and the delay is not communicated in advance, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
• Departures must be made no later than 10:00 in the morning.
• 50% will be paid to book by bank transfer.
• The rest of the rent 50% will be paid upon delivery of the keys, together with the deposit and final cleaning.
• The cleaning price is €200 (VAT INCLUDED) per stay, to be added to the final rental price and to be delivered in cash at the entrance of the house together with the deposit.

  In order to make a reservation, a photo of the front and back of the ID cards of all the adult occupants of the property is required, and the ages of the children, if there are any, must be stated.   Once we receive this documentation, treated with total confidentiality, we will provide you with the instructions for the reservation and cancellation policy, which are based on:

  50% of the rental price by bank transfer to formalize the reservation.

  *50% of the total to be paid in cash on arrival plus cleaning and security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after checking that everything is correct when you leave the flat.

Cancellation conditions for the holiday accommodation on the Montgo Denia:

• Up to 61 days before your check in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the booking confirmation minus 10% administration fee + VAT.
  Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid for the confirmation of the booking minus a 10% administration fee + VAT.
  From 45 days before your check in: 0% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
  If you do not show up you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
