To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay at the Palm Dream apartment in the exclusive El Manantial urbanization of Dénia, please follow these basic house rules:

• 🚫 No pets allowed.

• 🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

• 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted.

👉 Failure to comply with these rules may result in the total loss of the security deposit.

⏰ Check-in and Check-out Times – Palm Dream in Dénia

• Standard Check-in: 16:00 to 20:00

• Late Check-in (20:00 to 22:00): €30 supplement

• Check-in after 22:00: €50 supplement

• Standard Check-out: 9:00 to 11:00

• Early Check-out before 9:00: €30 supplement

• Early Check-out before 8:00: €50 supplement

🧹 Additional Cleaning and Security Deposit
