To ensure everyone’s comfort, please respect the following rules:

• No pets allowed

• Smoking is not allowed inside

• No parties

• Respect the quiet hours of the complex

Failure to comply may result in the loss of the security deposit.

Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in: 16:00 to 20:00

• Late check-in (after 20:00): +30€

• Check-in after 22:00: +50€

• Check-out: 9:00 to 10:00

• Early check-out before 9:00: +30€

• Early check-out before 8:00: +50€

Extra cleaning: 100€/week
Deposit: 300€, refunded after apartment inspection
Other conditions and fees available upon request

Important for your reservation:

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, from 2 December 2024 all bookings (new or existing) must be reported to the Spanish Ministry of Interior.
Therefore, we require the following information as soon as your booking is confirmed:

• Full name, document type and number (ID, passport, TIE)

• Nationality, date of birth, residence and address

• Phone number, email, number of guests and family relationship (if any are under 14)

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund minus 10% management fee + VAT
