• Early check-out (before 9:00): +30€

A security deposit is required to ensure proper care of the apartment.

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid to confirm the booking, minus a 10% management fee + VAT

• From 59 days before check-in: No refund (0%) of the total rental and booking amount

• No-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be charged
