The separate kitchen has been completely renovated and is equipped with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware needed for everyday cooking.

Next to the bathroom, the property also has a practical dressing or storage area, very useful for stays of several days or longer periods.

The bathroom is modern and functional, with a large walk-in shower.

Rental rules at Edeal Homes

• Pets are not allowed.
• Non-smoking property.
• Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the rest and wellbeing of the neighbours.

Important: if pets are found to have been in the property or if smoking has taken place inside the ground-floor townhouse, this may result in the total or partial loss of the deposit.

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00, with key collection by prior appointment.
• Check-out: from 9:00 to 10:00.

Additional charges for changes to check-in or check-out times

• +€30 for check-in after 20:00.
• +€30 for check-out before 9:00.

Financial conditions

• Cleaning after the stay: €80 to be added to the rental price.
• Deposit: €500, which will be returned after the property has been checked, within approximately 72 hours.

We inform you of the legal obligations established by Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October. From 2 December 2024, all bookings, both new and previous ones, must be reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following traveller information as soon as possible:

• Usual place of residence and address.
• Mobile phone number and email address.
• Number of travellers.

Booking confirmation

If you do not wish to make the booking through our Avaibook platform, please let us know and we will provide you with the necessary details to confirm the booking by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 21 days before check-in: refund of 85% of the amount paid, retaining 15% of the total booking amount + VAT as management fees.
• From 20 days before arrival: the full booking amount must be paid and no refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
• No-show: charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
