** To have the townhouse in Dénia for vacation rental before the scheduled check-in time, an advance fee of 30€ will be charged. If you arrive later with delay, this amount will not be refunded, as this charge is invested to have the accommodation prepared earlier for you. This service is always subject to accommodation availability.

To make a reservation, photos of the front and back of the ID cards of all adult occupants in the house are requested, and the ages of the children, if any, must be provided. Once this documentation is received, treated with total confidentiality, we will provide you with the instructions for the reservation and cancellation policy, which are based on:

50% of the rental price by bank transfer to formalize the reservation. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash upon arrival plus cleaning and deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after checking that everything is correct upon departure from the apartment.

Cancellation policy for vacation apartment in Las Brisas Dénia

• Up to 61 days before your check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for reservation confirmation minus 10% management fees.
• Between 60 days and 46 days before your check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid for reservation confirmation minus 10% management fees.
• From 45 days before your check-in: 0% refund of the total reservation.
• If you do not show up, you will be charged the full rent amount.
