** To dispose of the apartment before the time set for entry will be charged 30 € in advance. If you arrive later with delay you will not be refunded this amount, since this charge is invested to have the accommodation ready for you before. This service is always subject to the availability of the accommodation.

Departure: from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid for the confirmation of the reservation minus 10% of management fees.
From 45 days prior to your check in: 0% refund of the total rental and reservation fee.
If you do not show up you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
