The property is ready to move into. It was built in 2007 and is located 750 metres from Marineta Casiana beach

Property conditions

• Pets are not allowed.
• Non-smoking property.
• If pets are detected or smoking has taken place in the property, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Check-in: from 16:30 to 19:30

If you wish to access the property before the standard check-in time, a supplement of €30 will apply, always subject to availability.
This amount is non-refundable in the event of a later arrival, as it covers the cost of preparing the accommodation in advance.

Check-out: from 9:00 to 10:30

Additional charges for modified check-in or check-out times:

• €30 for check-in after 20:00
• €50 for check-in after 22:00
• €30 for check-out before 9:00
• €50 for check-out before 8:00

Final cleaning: €150 after one week of stay, to be added to the rental price.

Security deposit: To be confirmed depending on the length of stay.

Booking confirmation

To confirm the booking, a front and back photo of the ID card or identification document of all adult occupants will be required.
If travelling with children, their ages must also be provided.

This information is requested in accordance with the applicable regulations and will be treated with full confidentiality.
Once the documentation has been received, we will provide the instructions to formalise the booking and the cancellation policy.

The booking is confirmed by payment of 50% of the rental amount by bank transfer.

The remaining 50% must be paid on arrival, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit.
The deposit will be returned after checking that the property is in good condition at the end of the stay.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 31 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus 10% administration fees.
• Between 30 and 21 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid, minus 10% administration fees.
• From 20 days before check-in: no refund will be made.
• In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
