To apply for it, you must present the application form, the drawing of the plans of the property and the payment of the corresponding fee. Obtain the tourist licence to rent by registering the tourist dwelling in the Tourism Register of the Valencian Community at the Regional Ministry of Tourism.
To do this, you must present a declaration of responsibility in which you indicate the details of the property, the owner and the legal representative, if any, as well as the number of places available and the rental regime.
